My wife's coworker recommended to take our Nissan Quest here for suspension issues. First things first, they were solidly booked for at least a week because they were very busy. Not a bad thing. Luckily, I could afford to wait, so I did. Our day came and I dropped the vehicle off. Here's my first impression: it's not the biggest garage in the world but it was tidy. Everything was organized and in its place, the tools, parts, fluids, etc. No trash on the floor or mess anywhere. If the floor wasn't stained with fluid you could probably eat off it. All the mechanics were busy bees, no idle talk or chit chat. April at the office took my info and I left. Got a call from Scott a couple of hours later letting me know what the problem was and the cost, which was more than fair. Got a call in the morning (happily surprised) and got my car back in less than 24hrs, good as new. I asked Brandon who helped work on the car a few questions and unprompted, he dropped what he was doing to show me the old parts and what was wrong with my car and took the time to answer more questions. Lastly, while getting our vehicle, Scott spotted us and introduced himself personally. Even recommended another shop for alignment services to save us money. The process of trying a new mechanic is always scary but I can't begin to tell you the peace I felt after doing business with this shop. Aces, top notch, masterful, etc.,all the superlatives apply. Thank you Scott, Brandon and the rest of the team. We've found our local mechanic.
