  • To use only products which are safe and provide service that equals or exceeds that recommended by the vehicle's manufacturer.
  • To service and repair the vehicles in a timely manner and to keep the customer informed of any and all changes including completion times.
  • To give the best customer service possible and, in the case of any disputes, to provide a prompt and amicable resolution.
  • To ensure that my entire staff conducts themselves in a professional manner and in keeping with the high standards of the automotive industry.
  • To notify the customer if appointments or completion promises cannot be kept.

This is a fabulous shop!! Please go here. I took my car somewhere else and they wanted to charge almost $4000 for maintenance and parts replacement. Williams looked at my car for free and informed me that this level of wear is common for cars at my mileage. They checked to make sure the part is functioning safely. All with the utmost kindness and service. I will always take my cars here now that I’ve found it. If you’re looking for a place that isn’t trying to rip you off and wants to do honest work to help you take care of your car this is it! Will never go anywhere else. Second visit was fabulous. They seek to be honest and fix what you need. Just took my car for 150,000 mile maintenance and was very pleased. They did a lot of work for a very fair price and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Thanks!!
